Production studio · Downtown Klamath Falls

Bring the idea. We run the room.

AV-Ator Studios is a staffed podcast, video, and livestream studio inside K Lounge at 635 Main Street. Treated room, multi-camera setup, and an operator who runs the gear so you can concentrate on what you came to say.

A recording session in progress at AV-Ator Studios: a seated guest on a lit set, a camera operator at the tripod, and a crew member running the shot.

What you can make here

One room, set up for the work you actually do.

  • Podcasts & interviews

Multi-microphone setup in an acoustically treated room, with seating for a host and guests.

  • Video & branded content

Multi-camera recording with production lighting and a choice of backdrops for commercials, promos, and internal video.

  • Livestreaming & webcasts

Live switching between cameras with on-screen graphics, for events, panels, and broadcasts.

  • Green screen

Chroma key setup for virtual backgrounds and composited work.

  • Presentations & remote appearances

A controlled, well-lit room for investor pitches, remote keynotes, and recorded statements.

  • Photography

Headshots, product, and creative sessions, arranged through local photography partners.

The studio is one room with one operator, so not every service runs on every date. Tell us what you have in mind and we will confirm what is available for the day you need.

How production time works

You book production hours, not recorded minutes

Recorded runtime and total production time are not the same thing. A polished one-hour podcast episode usually takes about five production hours from start to delivery.

What your audience hears 1 hour
What it takes to make it 5 production hours
Pre-production & setup 1 hr
Room prep, mics, lighting, camera positions, levels.
Recording 1.5 hrs
Your one-hour episode, plus the starts, stops, and retakes.
Breakdown & files 0.5 hrs
Reset the room, offload and back up every card.
Editing & delivery 2 hrs
Assembly, audio cleanup, titles, export, handoff.

Every project is different. This is a typical episode, not a quote — we estimate your hours before you book, and you approve the number first.

Who runs it

Josh Atkinson

Owner & operator, AV-Ator Studios

Josh runs AV-Ator Studios and operates every session in the room himself — setting up the mics and cameras, running the switch during the take, and handing off your files at the end.

That matters more than the equipment list. You are not renting an empty room and hoping the gear behaves; someone who knows this room is running it with you for the whole session.
